Providing HIV Prevention Programs in Monmouth and Ocean Counties NJ
The Prevention Resource Network (PRN) provides high impact prevention services to assist HIV negative and HIV positive persons who are at high risk for HIV transmission or acquisition to reduce risk behaviors and address the psychological and medical needs of these individuals to improve overall health outcomes. PRN is funded by the NJ Department of Health, Division of HIV, STD and TB Services. PRN provides an array of onsite comprehensive prevention services. Community Based HIV Case Management is provided to anyone with an HIV diagnosis who is in need of community resources and assistance with access to medical care and medications. A comprehensive Prevention with Positives program provides individual one on one counseling and group sessions. Rapid HIV testing is provided on site and on a Mobile HIV testing unit that travels throughout Monmouth and Northern Ocean Counties.
